The contract covers construction and installation of a prefabricated modular tourist information office in Combarro, within the Municipality of Poio, in the Paseo das Redeiras area. The works include manufacturing and installing the module, building its supporting base and utility connections, and reinstating the paving after trenching. The module is designed as a structure of approximately 6 × 2.5 m with a steel frame. A heritage-protection condition requires the exterior composite panels to have a solid, neutral, non-metallic finish.
