Printing the Oleiros Municipality Information Book

Summary

The contract covers printing, binding, finishing, packaging, transporting and delivering 18,000 copies of an informational book about the public facilities and spaces of the municipality of Oleiros. Each copy must be 22.5 × 30 cm, with 180 interior pages and four cover pages. The interior must use 150 g/m² coated paper, four-colour printing and matt varnish on both sides; the covers must use 350 g/m² graphic board, four-colour printing and a matt, scratch-resistant laminate. The books must have paperback binding sewn with thread, be trimmed and finished, and be individually shrink-wrapped. The supplier must check the print-ready files and provide a physical proof for review at the municipality before receiving approval to print the full run; defective copies must be replaced at the supplier’s expense. The proof is due within 7 calendar days of receiving the materials, and final printing and delivery are due within 15 calendar days after proof approval. The estimated price is €62,937 excluding VAT and €65,454.48 including 4% VAT. Price is worth up to 80 points and a shorter delivery time up to 20 points: 5 points for 13 days, 10 for 12 days, 15 for 11 days, and 20 for 10 days or less. Bidders must meet the turnover and comparable-experience requirements, be registered in the required tenderer register, and demonstrate access to the personnel and equipment needed to perform the contract.
