Maintenance and technical support for security equipment at stations and corporate sites
Summary
The contract covers maintenance and technical support for security equipment used at Renfe stations and corporate sites. The work includes maintaining the hardware, software, network cabling, licences and configurations of the equipment in the inventory; diagnosing and repairing faults; replacing spare parts; providing software updates; and carrying out preventive and evolutionary maintenance. Faults must be supported 24 hours a day, every day of the year. The technical offer must describe the service organisation, service levels, reporting and a suitably experienced team with the relevant Palo Alto certifications. At least 200 hours of preventive work must be provided over the full contract period, and at least 20% of those hours may need to be performed outside normal office hours. The contract runs from 28 November 2026 to 15 October 2028. The maximum tender price is EUR 186,200 excluding VAT; higher offers will be rejected. Offers are evaluated on quality and price, with technical quality weighted at 40% and price at 60%. The technical offer must score at least 20 out of 40 points and must not contain prices or rates. Offers must be submitted electronically, in Spanish, using the required forms, and remain valid for at least four months. Participation requires, among other things, evidence of at least one similar maintenance service performed during the previous three years, with a cumulative value of at least EUR 80,000 in the year of greatest performance, as well as the required company certifications and financial capacity. The successful bidder must hold civil-liability insurance of at least EUR 600,000 and provide a 5% definitive guarantee.
