Tender detail
Transport and management of waste from construction of the Getafe fire station
Summary
The tender seeks the removal and management of waste generated during construction of the new Getafe fire station: transport to authorised facilities, handover and treatment, and provision of the required weighing and waste-management records. It is divided into three lots: transport and management of soil and stones; transport, container rental and management of non-hazardous construction waste; and removal and treatment of hazardous waste. The work site is the Getafe fire-station construction site in Madrid. Bids may cover one, several or all lots. The total estimated value is EUR 299,978.29 excluding VAT (EUR 329,976.12 including tax): Lot 1 EUR 251,651.80, Lot 2 EUR 42,564.50 and Lot 3 EUR 5,761.99, all excluding VAT. Unit prices are maximum limits, and a bid must include all unit prices for each lot it covers; zero-value bids are not allowed. The contract runs for 20 months, with an 18-month performance period. The standard notice period for partial orders is two working days. Price carries 95 points; a one-working-day notice period may earn up to 3 points, and offering an online waste-tracking platform may earn up to 2 points. The platform must show the date and time of each weighing, vehicle registration, weights before and after unloading, and substantiation of the net billable weight; where applicable, it must also include the related waste documentation. Bids must be submitted electronically by 14 October 2026 at 14:00. Participation requires the relevant carrier and waste-management permits and the required financial and technical capacity. The successful bidder must comply with waste, environmental and occupational-safety rules, provide evidence of waste treatment, and maintain the required liability insurance and performance guarantee.
