Supply of materials and equipment and provision of services for the EFESO project in Don Benito

Summary

The tender seeks, in nine lots, teaching and office materials, technical and computer equipment, a one-year photocopier-scanner rental with maintenance, workwear, printed publicity items, tools and consumables for practical training, four events on employment and entrepreneurship, and occupational risk-prevention training for Don Benito’s EFESO employment and training project. The training pathways cover gardening and green-space maintenance, urban and industrial waste management, and cleaning open spaces and industrial premises. Bidders may tender for one or more lots, but must submit a complete offer for each selected lot. Price is the sole award criterion for Lots 1–7; for Lots 8 and 9, price is worth up to 40 points and service improvements up to 60 points. For Lot 8, an improvement may be a dedicated coordinator provided at no extra cost throughout the contract for at least eight hours per week, available to attend municipal premises within two hours. For Lot 9, improvements may include free training in the use of external semi-automatic defibrillators and in resuscitation and first aid. The maximum contract value is €66,484.80 excluding VAT and €80,446.61 including VAT. Each lot budget is a ceiling, and the authority pays only for supplies or services actually ordered and accepted. The contract runs until 30 June 2027. Bids must be submitted electronically in Spanish with signed declarations, registration evidence, a signed price offer and a completed price schedule for every lot tendered for. For Lots 1–7, bidders must provide descriptions and photographs of the goods; for Lots 8–9, they must provide evidence of similar services or works performed during the last three years. Turnover in the best of the last three available financial years must be at least the estimated value excluding VAT of each lot bid for. The successful bidder must provide a final guarantee of 5%. Supplies will be ordered as needed and delivered progressively, generally on weekdays from 08:00 to 14:00; workwear must normally be delivered within 15 days. Goods carry a six-month warranty, and waste must be separated and packaging removed.
