Works to modify basement level -2 and install lighting on level -3 of the municipal car park on Baldiri Aleu Street

Summary

The tender covers construction works for the modified design of basement level -2 of the municipal underground car park on Baldiri Aleu Street in Sant Boi de Llobregat, together with installation of lighting on basement level -3. The works include, among other things, demolition and new partitions, finishes and floor and parking-space markings, doors and gates, drainage, smoke-extraction and ventilation systems, carbon-monoxide and fire detection, and fire-fighting equipment. Electrical, lighting, intercom, camera and access-control systems will also be upgraded, electric-vehicle charging equipment installed, and the existing lift made accessible from level -2. The project covers approximately 2,299 m² and the budget includes markings for 80 parking spaces. Bids must include a price and automatically scored improvements: the works period may be reduced by up to 4 weeks, and additional points are available for having the final clean carried out by a social-initiative employment centre for people with disabilities or a social enterprise. Price is worth up to 90 points and improvements up to 10. The estimated value and maximum bid price are €557,920 excluding VAT; the total budget including VAT is €675,083.20.
