Construction of a temporary car park at the end of Magí Fàbrega Street

Summary

The municipality of Súria is seeking construction works to create a temporary public car park at the end of Magí Fàbrega Street. The work will adapt an area of approximately 2,533.29 m² for parking and include the associated extensions of Magí Fàbrega Street and Ajuntament Avenue (Països Catalans Avenue). The contract is not divided into lots. The budget is EUR 230,822.13 excluding VAT (EUR 279,294.78 including 21% VAT). The works are expected to take up to four months, and award of the contract is conditional on final approval of the project. Offers will be scored on price (up to 40 points), extension of the warranty period (up to 10 points), reduction of the works period (5 points per week, up to 20 points), and maintenance and replacement of trees for five years after acceptance of the works (30 points). Bids must be submitted electronically in a single envelope within 20 calendar days of publication of the contract notice. Bidders must provide a responsible declaration and an automatically scored offer. Participation requires proof of public liability insurance of at least EUR 300,000 and experience with similar works during the previous five years, subject to alternative evidence for newly established companies. Registration, or an application for registration, in an official tenderer register is also required, as are a works manager and site foreman with the specified qualifications and experience. The successful bidder must provide a final guarantee equal to 5% of the contract price excluding VAT and manage the construction waste and recycling.
