Expansion and improvement of the stands and pergola at Sant Genís Football Ground

The contract covers construction works to extend and improve the stands and pergola at Sant Genís Football Ground in Barcelona’s Horta-Guinardó district. The works will provide shade over the stands with a pergola fitted with sound-absorbing panels beneath its roof to avoid increasing noise from the sports ground. The stands will also be reconfigured, and the slope stabilised by compacting the soil and building a cast-in-place retaining wall and prefabricated L-shaped retaining walls. The works must be completed within 4 months. The total budget is EUR 429,772.04 including VAT; the bid’s net price must not exceed EUR 355,183.50.
