Renovation of the flat roof at the library in the Centre Building, El Masnou

Summary

The contract covers renovation of the walkable flat roof serving the library in the Centre Building in El Masnou. The existing raised floating floor will be fully replaced and the roof’s waterproofing improved. The works also include renewing the museum’s roof access, installing a perforated-mesh canopy and providing exterior electrical lighting. The works must be completed within two months of signing the site-setting-out verification record. The budget ceiling is EUR 112,468.45 excluding VAT (EUR 136,086.83 including VAT). Bids are assessed on price (80 points), an additional 200 m² of exterior painting (10 points) and an extended warranty (up to 10 points).
