Road pavement repairs on streets in Lliçà de Vall

Summary

The tender concerns repair works to the road surfaces of several streets in Lliçà de Vall, intended to improve the condition of the carriageways identified in the project. The works comprise the pavement repairs described in the project and are not divided into lots. They must be completed within two weeks from the site-setting-out record. The bid must be submitted electronically as a single package. The price must not exceed EUR 75,465.02 excluding VAT (EUR 91,312.67 including 21% VAT), with VAT shown separately. Price is worth up to 70 points; a further 15 points are available for shortening the works period (5 points per day, up to three days) and 15 points for extending the warranty. Bidders must meet the financial and technical capacity requirements, hold professional liability insurance of at least EUR 300,000 and appoint a site manager with suitable qualifications and sufficient experience. The bid must include a responsible declaration, a data-protection and confidentiality declaration, the price offer and the automatically assessed proposals for the schedule and warranty. During performance, the contractor must sort and properly manage construction waste, maintain the applicable employment conditions of its workers, and keep safe access to affected properties and services. The submission period is 20 calendar days from the day after publication of the contract notice.
