Services and supplies for Igualada’s Christmas park and children’s event

Summary

The municipality of Igualada is procuring services and rentals or supplies for its municipal Christmas park and the children’s event known as the Saló de la Infància. The nine lots cover management of the children’s event (Lot 1); rental of stage sound and lighting equipment (Lot 2), tents (Lot 3), furniture (Lot 4) and power generators (Lot 5); security (Lot 6) and cleaning (Lot 7); printing graphic materials (Lot 8); and distributing those materials (Lot 9). A tenderer may bid for only one lot. The ex-VAT ceilings are, respectively, €103,000, €3,200, €12,500, €1,400, €2,200, €7,000, €3,500, €700 and €280; bids must not exceed the ceiling for the relevant lot. The estimated total contract value is €150,236 excluding VAT, and the maximum expenditure including VAT is €161,873.80. The contract runs from signature until 15 January 2027 and covers the three stages of the children’s event; extensions are not permitted. Bids must be submitted digitally within 15 calendar days beginning the day after publication of the contract notice. The procurement uses an open procedure. No provisional tender guarantee is required; the successful tenderer must provide a final guarantee equal to 5% of the final offered price excluding VAT. Tenderers must demonstrate suitable financial standing and have performed at least two services or supplies similar to the relevant lot during the last three years. For Lot 1, the tender also scores the arrangements for replacing staff, the staff timekeeping system and the proportion of qualified activity leaders. Price is worth up to 75 points for Lot 1 and up to 20 points for Lots 2–9; Lot 1’s technical offer is worth up to 25 points.
