Supply and commissioning of 3D printers for the Surgical Planning Unit

Summary

The tender covers the supply and commissioning of three 3D printers for the Surgical Planning Unit at Hospital Universitari Germans Trias i Pujol: one filament printer, one high-precision printer for medical applications, and one large-format resin printer. The equipment will be used to produce anatomical models and aids for surgical planning. The supplier must deliver, install and commission the equipment within five weeks and provide advice and user training. The procurement is not divided into lots. The maximum bid price is €39,990.40 excluding VAT, or €48,388.38 including VAT; bids must not exceed this limit. The bid must comply with the technical specifications and include the required technical and automatically assessed offer documents. Both qualitative and financial award criteria will be used; their precise content and weighting should be checked in the tender documents. To participate, bidders must demonstrate the required financial and technical capacity, submit a responsible declaration, and be registered by the bid deadline in the Catalan or relevant official state register of tenderers, unless they provide the required evidence of a registration application submitted before the deadline. The successful bidder must provide evidence of €100,000 in civil liability insurance and a definitive performance guarantee equal to 5% of the awarded amount excluding VAT. The minimum warranty is 24 months for the filament printer and 36 months for the resin printers, starting from signature of the equipment acceptance and commissioning record.
