Comprehensive cleaning of Cyberzaintza offices and premises at the Álava Technology Park

Summary

The tender concerns comprehensive cleaning of Cyberzaintza’s offices and premises at the Álava Technology Park. The area to be cleaned is approximately 482.90 m² according to the annex and includes offices, an open-plan area, meeting rooms and a basement. The work covers the care of floors, furniture, computer equipment, glass surfaces, doors, walls, ceilings and lighting, removal of waste and, where feasible, separate collection of packaging, paper, cardboard, batteries and textiles. Frequencies are set by room and task: some activities are daily, while others are weekly, monthly, twice yearly or every six months. At least one thorough annual clean must also take place during the summer holiday period. Exceptional cleaning is performed when requested and authorised in advance by the contracting agency; its hourly rate must generally not exceed 125% of the ordinary service hourly rate. Bidders must submit a detailed work programme, state the number of staff and each person’s weekly hours by task, and describe the equipment to be used. Cleaning methods and products must take account of the environment and workers’ health and include proper waste management.
