Supply and installation of replacement materials for the football field irrigation and lighting systems

The contract covers the supply and installation of replacement materials to restore the irrigation and lighting systems at the artificial-turf football field within Calahorra’s municipal athletics facilities. Cabling was stolen and related cable routes and fittings were damaged; irrigation is out of service, the pump was damaged, and the lights cannot operate without their power cables. The works are intended to restore the field to proper operating condition. The contract is not divided into lots. The estimated value is €63,132.60 excluding VAT, and the maximum budget is €76,390.45 including 21% VAT. The tender documents give conflicting performance periods: the technical and administrative specifications state two months from contract signature, while the contract approval decision states three months.
