Renovation of the Alfredo Corral Sports Complex in Chiva – Phase 1

Summary

The tender covers Phase 1 of the renovation of the municipal Alfredo Corral sports complex in Chiva. The works include fully refurbishing the surface, paintwork and enclosures of the existing fronton court; upgrading or replacing sports equipment on two existing tennis courts and two padel courts; demolishing the futsal court on the upper platform and building four new padel courts; and building a new futsal court on the lower platform, including a self-supporting, three-row precast concrete spectator stand. Associated works include renewing the rainwater collection network and outdoor lighting with energy-efficient LED floodlights, paving perimeter pedestrian paths with hydraulic tiles, and installing a drinking-water fountain. The works are procured as a single lot at the Alfredo Corral Municipal Sports Complex in Chiva. The delivery period is 20 weeks from the day after the works-start record is signed; works on the upper platform are due within 12 weeks. The estimated contract value is €826,446.28 excluding VAT, and the maximum tender budget is €1,000,000 including VAT. Offers are evaluated using automatic criteria: price (up to 50 points), an extended warranty (up to 30 points), the additional stand-painting work (10 points), and a shorter delivery period (up to 10 points). Bidders may offer up to three additional warranty years and reduce the overall period by up to two weeks.
