The contract covers multifunctional support services at the Santa Cruz de Tenerife Provincial Delegation of Spain’s National Statistics Institute. Tasks include handling and organising materials and furniture, receiving and distributing mail, preparing and labelling orders, receiving goods, basic office support and photocopying, caring for plants, operating heating and alarms, and carrying out minor non-specialist repairs. The service is required on working days from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., for 247 working days per year. The initial term is 36 months, starting on 1 January 2027 or on the first day of the month following contract signature; two extensions of up to 12 months each are permitted, for a maximum total extension of 24 months. The tender budget is EUR 116,820 including the 7% Canary Islands indirect general tax; the estimated contract value excluding tax is EUR 181,962.62. Participation is reserved for social-initiative special employment centres for people with disabilities and work-integration social enterprises holding the required valid status by the deadline. Bidders must demonstrate annual turnover of at least EUR 90,981.31 in the relevant field and similar-service experience worth at least EUR 25,474.77 in aggregate in their best-performing year during the previous three years. The minimum team comprises the transferred worker, another worker in the same category to cover the full schedule and absences, and a manager. At least 50% of the workforce required for the service must consist of people facing barriers to employment. Price accounts for up to 95 points; offering free additional service hours can earn up to 5 points, with 20 extra hours per year receiving the maximum.
