Supply of materials and ancillary services for the perimeter enclosure of a heavy-vehicle parking area

Summary

The tender covers the materials and ancillary work needed to build the perimeter enclosure for the heavy-vehicle parking area in Palma del Río. It includes the supply and placing of concrete and aggregates, as well as demolition, excavation, earthmoving and compaction, waste management and transport, and related machinery work. Materials must be delivered to the location specified in each order within the municipality of Palma del Río; delivery or ordered work must be completed within two days, Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 15:00. Price is the sole award criterion. The bidder must demonstrate relevant annual turnover of at least EUR 381,480.71 in the best of the last three financial years and experience with similar supplies: the total value achieved in the strongest performance year during the last three years must be at least EUR 178,024.33 excluding VAT. Bids must be submitted electronically; the winning bidder must provide a 5% final guarantee and comply during performance with quality, occupational safety, labour, environmental and data-protection requirements. Materials are covered by a one-year warranty.
