Lease of Agricultural Use of Plots in Hontomín

Summary

The tender concerns the lease of agricultural use rights for 22 rural plots owned by the Hontomín local council for five agricultural seasons, from 2026/2027 through 2030/2031. Bids may cover one or more plots; for each plot, the offer must meet or exceed its stated starting rent, and price is the sole award criterion. The land may be used only for agricultural purposes, and the tenant must cultivate it for dryland cereal production. To participate, submit the required administrative documents and financial offer in separate sealed envelopes within 15 calendar days of publication of the contract notice. A €917.28 bid guarantee is required. The successful bidder must also provide a final guarantee equal to 5% of the awarded price and pay the rent for the first season before signing the contract.
