Refurbishment of the Maspalomas Employment Office

Summary

The contract covers the comprehensive refurbishment and modernisation of the Maspalomas Employment Office building in the municipality of San Bartolomé de Tirajana. The contractor must complete the construction and installation work set out in the project attached to the tender documents. The works must be completed within 11 months. The tender budget is €1,677,976.20 including 7% IGIC (€1,568,202.06 excluding tax). The contract is not divided into lots. Offers are evaluated on price (45 points), commitment to produce a BIM model (30 points), and the number of motorised roller blinds offered, up to 32 (25 points). The BIM commitment covers a model of the whole completed building, including building services; the BIM Execution Plan is due within the first 20 days of the contract and the model must reach at least LOD 300. Any offered blinds are specified at 130 × 190 cm. Bidders must meet the registration, financial and technical capacity requirements and provide a suitably qualified site manager, works foreman and BIM manager. Offers must be submitted electronically; only one offer is allowed and alternatives are not accepted. Among other duties, the contractor must submit a health and safety plan within 5 days of contract signature and a construction and demolition waste management plan within 15 calendar days. At completion, the contractor must provide digital copies of the building documentation, including as-built drawings, test and inspection results, installation records, a maintenance plan and evidence of proper waste management. The warranty period is two years.
