Modernisation and creation of shaded areas in Quintana de la Serena’s New Park

Summary

The contract covers works to modernise and create shaded areas in Parque Nuevo in Quintana de la Serena. It is divided into four lots: two for installing technical flooring and two for installing awnings. The works must be completed within two months. The estimated total value is EUR 73,543.44 excluding VAT and EUR 88,987.56 including VAT; bidders may bid for one or more lots. The bid must include a design proposal with explanatory drawings, plans or diagrams and the selected colours identified by reference or RAL number, as well as a price offer. For each lot, price is worth up to 24 points, the design proposal 10 points, and an extended warranty and shorter installation period up to 8 points each. The minimum warranty is one year; an extension earns 0.2 points per month, up to 40 months. Committing to installation within 30 days earns 8 points. Bids must be submitted electronically within 20 calendar days of publication of the contract notice. The successful bidder must provide a 5% final performance guarantee and technical data sheets for the products.
