Stabilisation of the Camino El Cercadillo road platform, works supervision and health and safety coordination

Summary

The tender covers stabilisation works on the Camino El Cercadillo road platform in Santa Úrsula, together with works supervision and health and safety coordination. It is divided into three lots: (1) construction works, (2) works supervision and (3) health and safety coordination. Bidders may submit offers for all three lots, but a contractor may be awarded only one. The estimated contract value is EUR 188,941.38 excluding IGIC and EUR 202,167.28 including IGIC. The estimated values excluding IGIC are EUR 183,869.19 for Lot 1, EUR 3,901.68 for Lot 2 and EUR 1,170.51 for Lot 3. The works are scheduled for three months. Supervision lasts for the duration of the works plus one year from their acceptance. Offers must be submitted electronically within 20 calendar days of publication of the contract notice. Bidders must demonstrate appropriate financial and technical capacity and, for construction works, the required registrations. Lot 1 is evaluated on price (80 points), an ISO 45001 or equivalent certificate (15 points) and an extended warranty period (up to 5 points). Lots 2 and 3 are evaluated on price (49 points) and quality (51 points); quality includes additional site visits and the committed on-site response time. A final guarantee of 5% of the award amount excluding IGIC is required. An additional 10% guarantee is required if the contract is awarded on the basis of an offer initially considered abnormally low. By submitting an offer, the bidder undertakes to comply with the tender and contract-performance requirements, including occupational safety, environmental protection, and social and labour law obligations.
