Renovation of the Santa Lucía sports pavilion and gymnasium expansion

The contract covers renovation of the Santa Lucía sports pavilion and expansion of its gymnasium in El Viso del Alcor. The works include replacing the pavilion court surface, creating or extending a new covered sports area, concreting the unused outdoor area and installing a sports surface, and installing cooling systems in the new space and the municipal gym. The works must be completed within 9 months, with no extension. Offers are evaluated using automatic criteria: price is worth up to 40 points, and an extension to the 12-month warranty is worth up to 60 points. Tenderers must meet the specified construction classification and financial and technical capacity requirements. Any planned subcontracting must be stated in the offer and may cover up to 80% of the contract.
