Supply of body-worn cameras and evidence-management software for Lorca Local Police

Summary

Lorca Local Police is seeking six body-worn cameras, two base stations designed for at least eight cameras each, six mounts, six evidence-management software licences valid for at least three years, and, where needed, one system-administration licence. The supply also includes initial configuration, licence activation, support, maintenance and at least 20 hours of training. Cameras must record in HD or better, and the integrated system must provide secure recording management, traceability and evidence integrity. The estimated contract value is EUR 13,042.72 excluding VAT and EUR 15,781.69 including VAT. Delivery is due within three months. Bids are evaluated on camera price, extended warranty, shorter delivery time and additional training at no cost.
