Review, training and qualification of the quality management system for a wholesale pharmaceutical warehouse
Summary
The tender seeks a service to review, improve and provide ongoing support for the quality management system of the Spanish Air and Space Force’s wholesale pharmaceutical warehouse, ensuring compliance with Good Distribution Practices and preparing for an official inspection in January 2027. The work includes reviewing and updating the quality-system documentation and approximately 23–25 procedures; carrying out a risk assessment; qualifying and auditing suppliers; training staff; analysing and validating transport routes; and qualifying and validating the warehouse, equipment, temperature probes and IT systems. The contractor must prepare the required protocols, reports, risk matrix, corrective-action plan and master validation plan. The risk assessment is due within the first 30 days of the contract. The training course must be available to at least 10 people for one month per participant. Selected transport routes must be validated three times in both summer and winter. Service delivery must not interrupt the logistics of medicines and medical products. The bidder must meet requirements for relevant company experience and a qualified team of at least four people.
