Renovation of the Guadassuar municipal building as a cultural centre

Summary

The procurement covers the renovation of the municipal building at Colom 46–48 in Guadassuar to restore it as a cultural centre after damage caused by the DANA floods. The works include demolition, structural works, masonry, flooring, climate-control and other installations, and works required to bring the building into use as a cultural centre. The contract is not divided into lots and must be completed within 8 months from signature of the site-setting-out verification record. The estimated value excluding VAT is €574,770; the maximum contract budget including 21% VAT is €695,471.70. Tenders are scored out of 100 points: price up to 80 points, extending the one-year minimum warranty by up to two complete years up to 10 points, and 10 points for a photographic report containing at least 15 dated, on-site photographs taken by the bidder. The successful contractor must provide quality-control, construction-waste-management and health-and-safety plans, and, at completion, as-built drawings, installation documentation, waste delivery evidence and quality-control results, among other records. Participation requires the specified works-contractor classification and personnel commitments.
