Adaptation of the Delicias Civic Centre restaurant for a new use

Summary

The procurement covers conversion works to adapt the existing restaurant attached to the Delicias Civic Centre in Zaragoza for a new use. The works will create a multipurpose room and a small storeroom on the ground floor, plus two multipurpose classrooms on the first floor; these spaces must be accessible from inside the adjoining civic centre.
