Redevelopment of Riansares Square and creation of a flag tribute space

Summary

The contract covers construction works for the redevelopment of Riansares Square and the creation of an adjacent flag tribute space for the municipality of Santa Cruz de Mudela, following the demolition of a municipal building. Approximately 350 m² of public space will be improved, including a square of about 300 m² and a 50 m² flag tribute area. The works include site clearance and excavation; a drainage base, reinforced concrete base and high-strength concrete paving; a perimeter safety wall; stone-clad walls and benches; a 1 m wide, 50 m long planter; installation of eight wooden seats, climbing plants and drip irrigation; LED lighting; and a 10 m flagpole and flag. A four-step stone altar will be built in the flag area. The work also includes safety measures, waste management and an information sign for the construction project. The contractor must follow the priced project design and tender documents. The procurement is a single lot, has a four-month completion period and an estimated value of EUR 138,624.83 excluding VAT (EUR 167,736.05 including VAT). Price is the sole award criterion. Bids must be submitted electronically within 15 calendar days from the day after publication of the contract notice; bidders must demonstrate the required capacity and submit the specified declarations and price offer.
