Supply and installation of kitchen equipment and furniture for EHIB training kitchens

Summary

The tender covers the supply, installation and commissioning of kitchen equipment and furniture to modernise EHIB's teaching kitchens at the university campus in Palma. It is divided into six lots: refrigeration equipment, hot worktops and general kitchen furniture; central kitchen and cooking-line equipment; dishware and utensil washing machines; auxiliary equipment; equipment for the self-service restaurant and café training area; and equipment for the Miramar training restaurant. All equipment must be new and meet the stated minimum technical specifications. Tenderers must identify the model and brand of every offered product and provide technical data sheets. The work includes transport, installation, configuration and operational testing. The total contract value is EUR 683,756.40 excluding VAT, or EUR 827,345.24 including VAT. Lots 1–4 have a 45-calendar-day delivery period; lot 5 has 45 days and lot 6 has 30 days, with shorter periods permitted for the latter two lots. Specific exclusion grounds must be checked in the tender documents.
