The Municipality of Legazpi is procuring social-care services for one year in two lots. Lot 1 covers home assistance. Lot 2 covers municipal accommodation for older people and day care. Home assistance is intended to help people who need support remain at home through personal care, domestic assistance and social support. The accommodation and day-care lot includes supported housing, personal and domestic assistance, and daytime activities; day care provides five hours of activities per weekday. Services must follow a person-centred approach and be delivered within Legazpi. Bidders may tender for either or both lots. The estimated annual value is €1,010,330.23 excluding VAT (€1,050,743.43 including 4% VAT). The annual ceiling is €763,225 excluding VAT for Lot 1 and €247,105.23 excluding VAT for Lot 2. Offers are evaluated on the best price-quality ratio: price up to 35 points, work programme 25, technical resources 10, gender equality 8, social inclusion 8, staff training 6, Basque-language measures 5 and environmental measures 3. The financial offer must give the required service rates as unit prices. Contract delivery also involves taking over the existing workforce and meeting labour, equality, language, environmental and data-protection conditions.
