Supply of chairs for the Europa Conference Centre

The tender covers the purchase, transport, unloading and complete installation of 250 new chairs with writing tablets in the Blanca Estrella Ruiz room at the Europa Conference Centre in Vitoria-Gasteiz. The supply comprises 230 chairs with right-hand tablets, 20 with left-hand tablets and two transport trolleys. Quality assessment includes chair weight, joining and stacking features, shorter delivery time, the proportion of recyclable materials and upholstery abrasion resistance. Bidders must demonstrate the required turnover and experience with comparable supplies. The successful bidder must provide a warranty of at least three years, arrange repairs within 72 hours and replacements within 15 calendar days, and ensure that spare parts and finishes remain available for at least 10 years. The final performance guarantee is 5% of the contract value excluding VAT.
