Supply of a compact long-reach telescopic handler with attachments

Summary

The tender is for the supply of a new compact long-reach telescopic handler and four attachments for Alcúdia’s beach-maintenance work, with possible use to support road maintenance and other operations. The package includes a loading bucket, a certified personnel-lifting basket or platform, a fork carriage with positioner, and a hydraulic Posidonia-grass grapple with a minimum capacity of 1,800 litres. All attachments must be compatible with the machine. The supply must also include the necessary adapters, transport to Mallorca, registration and legalisation, commissioning, operating documentation, at least four hours of theoretical and practical training with proof of completion, and five years of preventive maintenance. The machine must be new, have a rated capacity of at least 3,000 kg, a maximum lift height of at least 8.5 m and a maximum horizontal reach of at least 5.5 m; its maximum width is 2,100 mm. Other requirements include four-wheel drive and four-wheel steering, a diesel engine of at least 50 kW meeting Stage V emissions standards or better, a top speed of at least 20 km/h, a ROPS/FOPS cabin, load and stability control, and CE marking. Delivery is due by 14 December 2026 at the latest, and the minimum warranty is two years. The estimated value is €98,500 excluding VAT. Award scoring gives up to 61 points for price, 10 for earlier delivery, 9 for an extended warranty, 10 for a rear-view camera, and 10 for an additional attachment adapter. Bidders must submit the required declaration and documents proving the machine and attachments’ technical characteristics, and demonstrate economic and technical capacity.
