Conservation and maintenance works at the Pastor Díaz Theatre

Summary

The contract covers conservation and maintenance works at the protected Pastor Díaz Theatre in the historic centre of Viveiro. The works include cleaning and repairing the roof and rainwater drainage system, repairing and painting the façades, replacing a damaged window and emergency exit doors, repairing interior walls affected by damp, upgrading the auditorium lighting, and restoring the ceiling and its timber supports above the seating area. The works must comply with heritage-protection conditions and use solutions compatible with the building’s protected character. The estimated value is €165,289.26 excluding VAT, with a maximum budget of €200,000 including VAT. The total works period must not exceed six months. The 2026 portion must be completed before 23 November 2026 and the 2027 portion before 23 November 2027; the combined execution time for both portions must remain within six months. Price is the only award criterion. Tenderers must submit a compliant offer, demonstrate their financial and technical capacity, and commit to carrying out the works in accordance with the project and providing the required work, quality-control and safety documentation.
