Summary

The contract covers technical production, logistical and operational coordination, hospitality services, auxiliary services and two youth-oriented activities for the Udaberri Basauri event. It provides an integrated service for each annual edition, including necessary personnel, equipment and materials, in coordination with the Basauri Town Hall and other municipal contracts. Artistic performances are excluded and will be contracted directly by the Town. The successful bidder must appoint a project manager with experience coordinating at least two similar cultural or music events, demonstrate compliance with tax and social security obligations, show sufficient financial and technical capacity, and maintain insurance of at least 450,000 EUR per incident. Data protection and confidentiality obligations must be observed, and the bidder must provide planning, coordination and reporting deliverables.
