Elaboration and technical assistance for the VI Youth Plan

Summary

The tender concerns the design and development of the VI Youth Plan (2026–2029) and the provision of technical assistance for its management, including programming, monitoring and evaluation for 2026–2029. It also involves data collection and processing oversight for measures to be implemented by Basque Government departments, and the production of annual programming and evaluation reports, plus a 2026–2028 evaluation. The objective is to increase the effectiveness of Basque Government youth interventions and align with Strategy Vasca 2030 for Youth, ensuring interdepartmental governance and coordination.
