Framework agreement for feral cat colony control at Navantia Puerto Real
Summary
The tender is for a framework agreement to provide feral cat colony control services at Navantia’s Puerto Real shipyard. The work includes capturing and transporting cats, arranging veterinary procedures, sterilisation using the capture, sterilisation and return (CER) method, parasite treatment, post-operative care, returning animals to the colony, feeding and monitoring the colony. The contractor must protect animal welfare and people’s safety while minimising disruption to industrial operations. The technical offer carries up to 20 points and the financial offer up to 80 points; the financial offer is negotiable. Bidders must, among other things, demonstrate the required turnover and relevant experience and submit a CER-based service plan.
