Supply and installation of bar-cafeteria equipment for Hispanidad Civic Centre

Summary

The tender seeks a turnkey supply and installation of all catering equipment and furniture needed to operate the bar-cafeteria at the new Hispanidad Civic Centre in Zaragoza. The equipment includes, among other items, a cooker, griddle, fryer, convection oven, refrigerators and freezer, dishwasher, stainless-steel work surfaces, bottle cooler, juicer, refrigerated display cabinet and cash-register system. The contractor must transport, install and connect the equipment to the existing water, electrical, ventilation and drainage connections, test and commission it, remove installation waste, and provide at least two hours of instruction to municipal staff. On 29 September 2026, the offer-submission period was suspended to correct the technical specification; a new procedure with a new submission deadline was to be launched after the correction.
