Supply of IT equipment

Summary

Muro de Alcoy is procuring IT equipment in four lots, together with related installation and configuration services. The maximum tender budget is EUR 138,730 including VAT (EUR 114,652.89 excluding VAT and EUR 24,077.11 VAT). - Lot 1: 60 laptops, 60 docking stations and 50 monitors, plus 10 hours of on-site configuration, installation and data migration. Laptops must have at least Windows 11 Pro, 16 GB RAM, a 512 GB SSD, a processor with 12 cores and 14 threads operating at a minimum of 4.9 GHz, and a 16-inch display. Requirements also include RJ45 and Wi-Fi connectivity, specified ports, security features and a three-year on-site warranty. Docking stations must provide 130 W charging, specified ports, a keyboard and a mouse; monitors must be 24-inch Full HD displays running at 100 Hz. - Lot 2: A rack server with Windows Server 2022 Standard, 160 GB RAM, 16 cores, TPM 2.0, two Gigabit Ethernet ports, 480 GB SSD storage in RAID 1 and 8 TB HDD storage in RAID 1. The supplier must install and configure it at the backup data centre as a synchronised backup server and Hyper-V replication cluster, with backup restoration capability. - Lot 3: Supply and installation of UPS batteries at three locations. The old batteries must be removed and transferred to an authorised waste handler. - Lot 4: Six indoor Wi-Fi 7 access points with at least 2x2 antennas and PoE injectors. All lots require an equipment warranty of at least three years, integration with the existing infrastructure and implementation in accordance with information-security requirements. The delivery period is three months for Lot 1; Lots 2–4 must be delivered, installed and commissioned within three months. Following amendment of the technical requirements, a new 15-calendar-day bid period was granted, starting the day after publication of the amendment. Previously submitted bids remain valid, but submitting a replacement bid withdraws the earlier one. Bidders must submit a signed bid with a price for each lot sought and the required declarations. In addition to price, the offer form lists optional enhancements, including more memory, additional on-site support and an extended warranty for Lot 1; extra memory, a rack-mounted UPS and a NAS for Lot 2; preventive inspection for Lot 3; and additional access points for Lot 4.
