Provision of domestic and international postal services for the Szczecin City Office

Summary

The contract covers the receipt, conveyance, delivery, and, where necessary, return to sender of domestic and international letter mail for the Szczecin City Office. The service period runs from contract signature, but not earlier than 1 January 2027, until 31 December 2027. The bidder must be registered as a postal operator and meet the required experience condition. The tender guarantee is PLN 10,000.00 and the tender must be submitted electronically by 23 September 2026 at 09:00. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and free online tracking of registered domestic mail accounts for 40%.
