Insurance services for the University of the Balearic Islands: renewal of insurance policies

Summary

The tender covers renewal of seven insurance policies for the University of the Balearic Islands. The lots concern general and public-property liability, professional liability for construction technicians and architects, healthcare professional liability, material damage to university property, the vehicle fleet, collective life and disability cover for staff, and diving centres and schools associated with scientific diving. Cover generally starts on 1 January 2027 for one year; the diving-centres lot runs from 1 February 2027 to 31 January 2028. The annual ceilings by lot are €18,150, €4,760, €60,000, €145,000, €9,620, €35,000 and €1,158, totalling €273,688. Bids must be submitted electronically by 23:59 on 21 October 2026. Price is the sole award criterion for Lots 2, 3, 5 and 6. The successful tenderer must provide a 5% definitive guarantee and meet the evidence and contract requirements set out in the tender documents.
