Summary

The tender concerns the lease, installation, operation and dismantling of Ocean Live Park lighting, sound, special effects and image (screens) systems for the Alicante 2027 Ocean Race start port. The contract includes provision of the equipment, temporary service during the event (7–17 January 2027), installation and ongoing operation, maintenance, and final dismantling, with required documentation, safety and data protection compliance. Bidders will be evaluated on price and on quality, experience, personnel and compliance with data protection and confidentiality requirements; promises to provide DEUC, DACI and other required documents.
