Protection of cultural heritage in the MOF area

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase and delivery of new equipment for the protection of cultural heritage in the MOF area. It is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers lighting and sound equipment, including delivery, configuration and integration of a mobile-installation sound, control, wireless transmission, stage accessory, cabling and intelligent stage lighting system. Lot 2 covers a covered mobile stage on a two-axle trailer, including complete equipment, trial assembly, dismantling and staff training. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots and must be delivered within 60 days of contract signature. The bid deadline is 22 September 2026 at 9:00. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the quality guarantee period for 40%; the guarantee must be between 36 and 60 months. A bid guarantee of PLN 4,000 applies to Lot 1 and PLN 3,000 to Lot 2.
