Supply, transport, installation, connection, commissioning and warranty of a reusable multiphase extraction (MPE) treatment module

Summary

The tender concerns the supply, transport, installation, connection, commissioning and warranty of a reusable multiphase extraction (MPE) treatment module, initially for the Vilanova i la Geltrú site in Barcelona. The package includes the complete MPE module, two electric level-control pumps (each up to 3 m³/h), and a compressor with a receiver capable of powering up to six pneumatic extraction pumps that lift water to at least 20 m. Pneumatic pumps are not part of the supply and will be provided by EMGRISA. The contract also covers detailed design, manufacturing/integration, FAT, transport and unloading, installation and connection of the fifteen MPE extraction points, the two electric pumps and the six pneumatic pumps, commissioning, site SAT, technical documentation and training for EMGRISA personnel.
