Contract for the renewal of the EPDR solution and the expansion of its vulnerability management capabilities and security events integration

Summary

This procurement concerns a three-year renewal of WatchGuard Endpoint Security 360 (EPDR) licenses for up to 300 endpoints in the City of Soria, including Patch Management and SIEMFeeder modules. The contract covers the use of EPDR licenses, software updates and security signatures, associated cloud services, manufacturer technical support, and all necessary functionalities to protect municipal information systems against cybersecurity threats throughout the contract term. It also includes centralized vulnerability management and security events integration to export and integrate events with external SIEM systems. The platform must be cloud-based and hosted outside on-premises within the European Union, with ISO 27001 certification and compliance with the ENS. The award will be based on price, which is the sole award criterion.
