Summary

ANNEX II contains the offer template for the procurement of the event organization services framework agreement for the Ayuntamiento de San Bartolomé. The bidder must fill in personal and, where applicable, company details, acknowledge all clauses of the administrative and technical documents, and declare that they will meet obligations related to taxation, environmental protection, employment protection, gender equality, working conditions, and occupational risk prevention. The bidder must provide evidence of the required personnel and material resources, and commit to delivering the service in accordance with the Technical Specifications and other contract documents. The annex also outlines the commitment to ensure readiness of all necessary means before the event (Equipo Listo) for up to 15 points, and to declare any external resources if applicable.
