Paper and confidential documentation collection, transportation, destruction and recycling service

Summary

This tender concerns a service for the collection, transportation, custody, certified destruction and recycling of paper and confidential documentation generated by Madrid Calle 30, S.A. The supplier must ensure confidentiality, data integrity and traceability throughout the process, including provision and maintenance of containers (initially one 340–360 liter container; additional containers available as needed), regular and ad hoc collections, transport to destruction or recycling facilities, and a destruction certificate and recycling compliance in line with UNE-EN 15713 and ISO/IEC 21964 standards. The service must comply with data protection regulations (GDPR) and maintain a chain of custody throughout the contract and beyond. The bidder must provide the required documentation (Annex II A/B/C) and bind the prices; ensure a minimum insurance coverage of EUR 600,000; ensure safety and information security measures; not subcontract main tasks without permission; and provide monthly invoicing with appropriate certificates and destruction certificates.
