Tender for transport services for Antoni Tàpies and India exhibition at NGMA

Summary

The objective of this procurement is to hire all transport-related tasks and services for the Antoni Tàpies and India exhibition at the National Gallery of Modern Art (NGMA) in New Delhi, India, from January to February 2027. The scope includes provision of packing materials and packaging tasks, transport, unpacking/repacking, storage of empty crates, and courier management. Coordination will be carried out with AC/E, AECID and NGMA. The tender is an open procedure under harmonized regulations (SARA). The estimated total contract value is €750,000 excluding VAT, with an overall budget of €907,500 including VAT.
