Integrated control of indoor environmental quality, hygienization and cleaning of ventilation and air conditioning systems at Gómez Ulla CSVE Hospital

Summary

This procurement concerns the Hospital Gómez Ulla CSVE’s indoor air quality diagnostic and hygienization and cleaning of ventilation and air conditioning systems. The objective is to assess and improve indoor air quality, protect patients and staff health, and ensure compliance with applicable UNE standards (UNE 100012:2005; UNE 171330-2:2014; UNE 100713; UNE EN 12097). The work encompasses diagnostic assessment, hygienization and cleaning, and documentation, covering about 102 UTAS and associated climate control systems across the hospital. The contract is awarded through an Open Simplified procedure with multiple criteria, with a budget up to 131,000 EUR (net; VAT extra). Final technical reports will be prepared for each building/functional area.
