Summary

This procurement concerns the GPS/GPRS-based fleet tracking and management system for the Directorate General of Public Works. The contract covers the supply of devices, configuration and commissioning of fleet management software to locate and track vehicles and machines, installation on about 160 vehicles and machinery, configuration of the web platform and devices, access to the software for data management and integration with other Directorate systems, training and maintenance. The unit price is 8.50 EUR per month per vehicle, with a net total of 32,640 EUR and VAT of 6,854.40 EUR, for a total of 39,494.40 EUR. The contract duration is 24 months, with possible extensions up to 5 years total (2+1+1+1). The procedure is open simplified and price is the only award criterion; all equipment will be supplied by the contractor.
