Summary

The procurement is divided into seven lots for laboratory analytical equipment used in physical chemistry and battery-recycling research: a titrator, rotational viscometer, TGA-coupled mass spectrometer and FTIR spectrometer, CHNS/O elemental analyser, UV-Vis system, and helium-capable gas-displacement pycnometer. Bidders may submit an offer for one or more lots. The equipment must be delivered as a ready-to-use complete solution with the required accessories, software, documentation and CE declaration of conformity by 12 December 2026 at the latest. Each lot has detailed technical minimum requirements, and failure to meet any of them leads to exclusion.
