XProtect training and certification for DSA personnel

Summary

Contract for designing, developing and delivering a XProtect training and certification program for Adif's DSA security directorate personnel. The program is online and includes modules, access to practical labs, training materials, certification examinations and issuance of certificates. It comprises four certification levels: XProtect Operator, MCIT, MCIE, and MCDE. The aim is to equip technical staff with the knowledge to operate, install, configure, update and expand the XProtect VMS, ensuring system operability and reducing dependence on external maintenance. A tutor will guide participants, and an online final exam will certify competence. The training duration is nine months.
